Creme brulet with berries,
arranged in a bouquet.
In a high-backed booth like
something from a 1930s movie.
I love a spot of elegance now and then –
actually, any time I can get it.
Something lovely to eat,
especially if I didn’t cook it.
Those passing glances of life,
